Role Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI designer to join our team at our creative agency. As a UI designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our clients' websites using Figma.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of designers and developers to create designs that not only look great, but also effectively communicate our clients' brand and message. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and modern web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our clients' websites using Figma
• Collaborate with our team of designers and developers to ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience
• Conduct user research and testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
• Contribute to the development of our design system and style guide

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI design work
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and techniques
• General understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML and CSS
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Webflow is highly preferred
