The Problem:

The Mission Investment Fund is not your typical financial institution. As a financial ministry of the ELCA, they exist at the intersection of faith and finance. Which means that any marketing or advertising on their behalf must speak to both sides of their identity. It’s a tricky needle to thread. And for 17 years and counting, it’s been our privilege to be the ones doing the threading.

The Insight:

People want to do well. People want to do good. MIF allows them to do both at the same time. They offer their members a strong and stable financial partner. But they also give them something much more meaningful: a vehicle for putting their faith into action. This duality is at the core of who they are. And it’s at the core every piece of communication we’ve crafted for them over the years.
